Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Sales Managers:
- Sales Strategy: Craft and execute dynamic strategies to accelerate sales growth.
- Team Leadership: Guide a top-tier sales team to surpass guest expectations and sales targets.
- Guest Relationships: Cultivate lasting guest connections for superior retention and happiness.
- Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle stock, ensuring proper mix, prime merchandising, and inventory turn.
- Training & Development: Empower the team with cutting-edge sales techniques and industry insights through targeted coaching.
- Performance Monitoring: Consistently evaluate sales results to pinpoint improvement opportunities and align with business objectives.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and implement impactful advertising campaigns.
