Oversee integration of new products into existing lines, understanding how new processes impact online balance, pFMEA, and line efficiency.Establish Operation Method Standards development (e.g. optimal product assembly techniques)Apply advanced Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts to minimize waste in manufacturing processesIdentify and resolve production line issuesLead projects to reduce risk, ensure ISO compliance, and cut costsLead design efforts in the manufacturing process, including layout of lines, tooling, and part flowJustify the need for capital equipmentPromote safety and ergonomic practices in the workplaceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree is desirable5 to 12 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a large assembly settingProficient computer skills, including CAD (knowledge of Pro-E / Creo is a plus), Word, Excel, and AccessFamiliarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologiesPrevious experience in setting up assembly lines from concept to production is advantageous
