Job Summary

Pay Range $18-$21 based on experience

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at a growing distribution facility in Greenfield, Indiana . This role plays an important part in ensuring the efficient handling of materials, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This position offers an opportunity to join a stable operation with the potential for long-term employment.

Essential Functions

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Stock shelves with inventory and ensure proper product placement
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup
• Pack and ship orders using small package and LTL carriers
• Receive and check in inbound shipments accurately
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control processes
• Maintain yard and warehouse work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Process orders using shipping or inventory management software
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving area
• Assist with unloading inbound deliveries as needed
• Serve as a backup delivery driver when required
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping or inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Valid driver’s license preferred (for backup delivery support)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Work Environment

• Warehouse and yard environment with varying temperatures
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Exposure to warehouse equipment and moving materials
• Moderate to physical activity required daily
