Senior Accountant - Revenue Recognition - Software - Hybrid (110k-120k)

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing, innovative organization in the North Dallas area. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with a strong foundation in month-end close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and support a growing business. Job Responsibilities Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, analyze variances, and resolve discrepancies. Record and reconcile revenue in accordance with ASC 606 and support GAAP‑compliant financial reporting. Assist with internal and external audits, including audit support and tax‑related schedules. Perform intercompany reconciliations and support operational accounting across multiple entities. Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing and contract compliance. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales to improve accounting processes and business reporting. Support ERP system enhancements and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, a mix of public accounting and/or industry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and operational accounting. Experience with Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP system. Background managing month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations. Experience supporting audits and working within a multi‑entity environment.
