Lumber Mill Worker

Core Supply in Houston, Texas is seeking safety-oriented candidates for the position of Lumberyard Worker.

Job Responsibilities:

*Adhere to Core Supply's safety programs and standards *Demonstrate conduct consistent with Core Supply's vision and values *Report for work as scheduled and fit for duty *Safely operate saws and other equipment *Prepare lumber orders *Loan customer trucks for customer pick ups *Maintain the shop or designated area in a clean safe manner *Some heavy lifting may be necessary *Working conditions can be noisy/dusty/hot/cold

Minimum Qualifications

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States *Must have high school diploma, GED, or local/state equivalent *Must have basic math skills to be able to calculate bar measurements *Must be able to work any shift *Experience working in outdoor warehouse environment preferred *Lumber Mill experience preferred. *Must have good communication skills *Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
