Role Description: The Dental Office Manager at New Smiles Dental oversees daily front office and administrative operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming patient experience. This full-time, on-site role, includes managing schedules, coordinating patient appointments, and supporting billing and insurance processes. The Dental Office Manager supervises front desk staff, maintains office workflows, and collaborates with clinical team members to optimize patient flow. The role also involves handling patient inquiries, tracking key practice metrics, enforcing office policies, and supporting compliance with dental and healthcare regulations. Qualifications More than 3 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager. Strong skills in Dental Practice Management to oversee daily operations and workflows. Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support patients, staff, and external partners. Working knowledge of Dental Care concepts to effectively coordinate with clinical team members and understand treatment plans. Experience with scheduling, billing, and insurance verification in a healthcare or dental setting. Proficiency with dental practice management software (DENTRIX) and standard office applications. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including staff supervision, coaching, and conflict resolution. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing multiple priorities.
