Configure lot specific truss layouts for permit packages. Design individual roof and floor trusses to aid structural engineers in load transfer and to determine feasibility of manufacturing, shipping, and construction. Coordinate with manufacturing plant personnel and adhere to their standardsWhat are the primary responsibilities?Read and interpret architectural and structural plans to develop accurate wood truss designs for singlefamily residential projectsProduce truss layout plans and individual truss designs using MiTek softwareAdhere to team processes, standards, and schedules.Coordinate with engineers, architectural staff, and manufacturing plant personneThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
