Overview Exciting Opportunity for NE Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join Ally Psychiatry in Omaha, Nebraska. 100% outpatient role in partnership with the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). This is a Monday–Friday position with no call, treating both children and adults, with a primary focus on patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Location: Omaha, Nebraska. Type: Full-Time, Outpatient (M-F). Compensation: $125,000+ annually based on experience, plus a bonus structure. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide medication management while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed. Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support lasting outcomes. Qualifications Board Certified PMHNP. Licensed or license-eligible in Nebraska. NE DEA required or the ability to obtain. Experience with patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities preferred.
