This role provides administrative, organizational, and coordination support for communication projects and digital platforms, including the church website and mobile app. The Communications Coordinator works closely with the Director of Communications to help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with ministry goals—allowing the Director to focus on creative and strategic leadership.The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented ministry environment with a servant's heart.Primary DutiesAssist with intake, organization, and coordination of communication projectsHelp track project timelines and prioritiesMaintain and update website and app contentCoordinate with ministry leaders and collaborators to gather information and assetsProvide administrative and operational support to the Communications DepartmentAssist with basic creative and content-related tasks as neededQualificationsServant heart, team player, great customer/client service, and positive attitudeStrong organizational and communication skillsMinimum Education: College preferred but not requiredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working with digital tools and content platformsWillingness to learn new systems and workflowsMust have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
