We are a deeply family-oriented practice with a rich history in the community. Dr. William Parr has been practicing for 40 years, and his son, Dr. Patrick Parr, has been with the office for over 11 years. We have had the privilege of seeing many of our patients since they were children, and now they bring their own children to see us. We take pride in our great patients and our dedicated team.

Requirements
Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license to practice in the state of Nebraska.
Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Professionalism: A reliable work ethic and a friendly, positive attitude.
Job Description
Patient Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
Education: Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies and nutritional counseling to maintain optimal oral health.
Assessment: Review patient health history, chart dental conditions, and perform oral cancer screenings.
Imaging: Capture high-quality dental X-rays as needed for diagnosis.
Sterilization: Strictly adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized treatment room.
Collaboration: Work closely with the doctors to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Benefits
Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekends: Closed (Saturday and Sunday).
