Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Penn Premier Dental Location: 555 West Uwchlan Ave., STE 100, Exton, PA 19341 Work Schedule: 4‑day work week; flexible scheduling possible. Practice: 2 doctors, 3 hygienists. Appointment Times: 60‑minute re‑care appointments, 90‑minute new patient appointments. Compensation: Bi‑weekly hourly pay with option for daily pay; daily and quarterly bonuses available. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for patient prevention and maintenance. Ability to meet clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; accommodations available for disabilities. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
