Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Insurance Associate to join our Orlando team. This is a high-impact role that combines meticulous data entry with direct client interaction . You will be the engine of our daily operations—processing vital policy information while ensuring our clients feel supported and understood.

Primary Responsibilities

• Data Integrity: Execute high-volume data entry, including processing applications, endorsements, and renewals with 100% accuracy.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing clear, professional, and empathetic service via phone and email.
• Technical Support: Assist agents and brokers in servicing accounts by managing documentation and ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Policy Education: Quickly learn and explain various insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms to clients.
• Problem Solving: Navigate client questions regarding billing, documentation, and basic policy structures.
• Compliance: Maintain organized digital and physical files in accordance with industry regulations and agency standards.

• License: 2-15 license held, or the ability to obtain one quickly (enabling future remote flexibility).
• Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is required . You must be comfortable and professional while speaking with clients.
• Insurance Literacy: A foundational understanding of insurance concepts (e.g., deductibles, premiums, and limits ) is highly preferred.
• Learning Agility: A "quick learner" mindset; ability to rapidly absorb new software systems and evolving industry regulations.
• Detail Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry; you’re the type of person who catches the typo everyone else missed.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to agency management systems.
