For methodology, please see Responsibilities: • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan • Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives Qualifications: • Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients • Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity • Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required • Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the financial services industry, is helpful, but not necessary. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey financial concepts. • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance and financial services field. • Valid driver's license and the use of a vehicle.
