Position Overview This position is in-office and requires working onsite at the agency location. Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:15pm Are you outgoing and customer-focused? State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Experience in sales preferred. Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. Requirements Bi-lingual (Spanish) Preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Compensation: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Are You Driven & Ambitious?
