Overview
Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay, Benefits & Perks
- $19.00–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours, based on experience with our top range being 24.00 for Lead RBT+ 2.00 in tenure at max
- 14.00/hour for billable client hours after BT training and before RBT certification
- 17.00/hour for non-billable training and administrative time
- 200 bonus on your first paycheck if you have an active RBT certification at hire
- Fully paid training and company-paid RBT certification — no experience required!

Schedule & Position Details
- Position: Full-Time
- Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Optional Saturdays twice per month, based on client needs
- Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling and are not guaranteed
- Centralized scheduling helps maximize hours and provide consistency through multiple client opportunities
- Immediate openings available, pending onboarding and successful background check
