About the Role Job Title: Machine Operator Department: Production FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Reports To: General Manager Job Summary To set up, run, and operate different pieces of equipment. Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate designated machine Keep work area tidy and organized Meet production deadlines Education and Experience High school/GED or related experience 1+ years of experience operating a machine in a production environment preferred Required Skills/Abilities Mechanical aptitude Ability to read, write, and do basic math Desire to learn Work well with team Time management Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Be able to stand for duration of shift Be able to lift 50lbs Facility is a climate controlled warehouse Travel Requirements None Other Duties Assigned as needed.
