As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. What you will do: Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages. Assisting customers with inquiries about vehicle sales, service, and parts. Managing the dealerships’ s front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable. Providing administrative support to various departments as needed. Maintaining accurate records and data entry tasks. What we are looking for: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and approachable personality. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
