Base pay range $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr A global freight forwarding company near Chicago O'Hare Airport is urgently looking for a motivated individual interested in international logistics coordination or billing processes. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and confident working with numbers. This is a long-term contract position with a benefit package including insurances and PTO. Job Responsibilities: Manage all billing processes related to air import freights. Prepare and process required billing documentation for international shipments. Support the operations department with logistics strategies and administrative tasks. Track bills and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations. Qualifications & Skills: Assoicate Degree or higher in business related. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment. Previous office experience, including internships, is preferred.
