Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client needs.
- Provide consultations for pre-crisis and crisis plans, outlining behavioral guidelines and risk assessments to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools, collaborating closely with the clinical team to deliver thoughtful and effective treatments.
- Work together with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies that empower clients.
- Actively engage in organizational licensing and accreditation processes, upholding the highest standards of practice.
- Serve as a proactive liaison to local and state agencies, advocating for client access to vital community resources.
- Establish and nurture relationships with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to create new partnerships and enhance program visibility.
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings that relate to mental health best practices.
- Promote the mission and values of Molina Behavioral Health Center, integrating them into daily practice and client interactions.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring continuous improvement in client care and service delivery.

Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
- An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.

If you hold a license in another state, we are prepared to cover the costs associated with obtaining your Washington state license.
Compensation and Benefits
