Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients during initial consultations to determine mental health status and identify areas for intervention.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, adapting techniques to fit the unique needs of each client and providing them with effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of direct counseling experience with a diverse client base.

• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and cultural competence in therapy settings.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions, emphasizing inclusivity and responsiveness to client needs.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and capacity to remain composed under pressure.
