Role Description
Шукаємо General Manager — оунера продуктового портфеля, який є основним драйвером профіту компанії. Це роль для сильного менеджера, який не просто тримає профіт в межах плану, а й піднімає маржинальність через оптимізації й автоматизації.
- Овнершіп P&L декільких продуктових груп: стабільність net profit ≥95% від плану
- Єдина система health-метрик та точок контролю профіту по портфелю
- Оптимізація костів: автоматизації, скорочення ручної роботи, зменшення залучення спеціалістів
- Менеджмент команд портфеля: процеси, репортинг, найм
- Reporting-контур для стейкхолдерів (Head of Tribe / Head of Marketing)
Qualifications
- 4+ роки у менеджменті B2C subscription-продуктів (mobile/web) або суміжних індустрій
- Розуміння повного циклу роботи продуктових команд — від запуску до пошуку unit-економіки
- Хендс-он досвід у продукті чи маркетингу: ти запускаєш проєкти з нуля або підхоплюєш й розвиваєш продуктову вертикаль
- Досвід володіння P&L продукту або портфеля
- Аналітична база: впевнена робота з дашбордами, когортами, звітністю
- Менеджмент великих команд: будуєш процеси, приймаєш рішення по P&L, маєш досвід оптимізації net-профіту, впроваджуєш AI-рішення в роботу команди
Requirements
- Досвід роботи з Amplitude, Tableau або аналогами
- Досвід побудови репортингу між командами з нуля або побудови внутрішньої структури процесів і прийняття рішень у команді
- Досвід оптимізації костів
