Caregiver Position

Looking for someone who wants to make a difference. The Caregiver role is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. Caregivers typically work with elderly or disabled individuals in a home setting.

About you: Reliable, strong communicator, team player, follows directions, problem solver, nurturer.

Caregiver compensation and benefits:

• Competitive pay: $20-22/hr or based on experience
• Flexible working hours

Caregiver responsibilities:

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and toileting
• Shopping trips & light housekeeping duties, meal prep
• Medication reminders
• Ability to act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Clear communication with clients, family members, and team members

Caregiver requirements:

• Previous caregiver experience preferred
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) certification
• Adherence to health and safety standards
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
