We're currently seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager who's ready to take the next step in their leadership journey and help lead a team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service.

As the Assistant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and achieving business goals. You'll be a hands-on leader, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating crew members to deliver great guest experiences
• Supporting training and development of team members to maintain high standards
• Managing daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness
• Assisting in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitoring sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals
• Ensuring compliance with all Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulations
• Stepping in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly

Qualifications include:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
• Focus on guest service and satisfaction
• Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
