Expectations: At a minimum each recruiting coordinator is required to… Be prepared for daily meetings with the Recruiting Manager and or Recruiter to discuss goals and the candidate pipeline Workday– ensure full lifecycle requisition management Send an updated recruiting tracking report by EOD every Friday Updating current headcounts and upcoming class numbers in Teams on a regular basis Hold yourself accountable to the goals set Attend 2 sales meetings/ marketing huddles per week Regular updates to Referral payouts through attending morning meetings, site newsletters, flyers, etc. Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts Pre-hire candidate checkin (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation Timecard approvals must be completed by the close of the pay period bi-weekly Prioritizing “urgent items” –appropriate turnaroundtime to all internal/external customers All vacations must berequested & approvedby their immediate supervisorat least two weeks in advance.
