Warm Transfer Lead Generator

PURPOSE: To generate leads within our retail partner stores with the purpose of driving sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (This is a Production Based Position. Failure to maintain the minimum weekly production requirements will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.)

1. 4 warm transfers per hour. 18 warm transfers per shift resulting in 3 demos per week from calls transferred.
2. Actively walk the store to proactively engage customers, answer questions, and identify opportunities to generate qualified leads.
3. Assist Team Leader to maintain a clean, updated and fully stocked displays, as well as check on signage, promotional material throughout each store and update Team Leader as needed.
4. Follow all policies and procedures regarding hours, schedules, and the handling of leads.
5. Follow check-in/out policies, including use of company time-keeping system.
6. Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude and provide them information on our promotions and offerings. Always be flexible regarding the needs of the customers
7. Use the retail app to help direct customers to requested products and departments, using the interaction to build rapport, uncover project needs, and generate qualified leads.
8. Participate in retail events, including but not limited to, Home Shows and In-Store events as scheduled.
9. Attend weekly video meetings for progress reports, updates, ongoing education and training, as scheduled.
10. Maintain a very high degree of confidentiality in regards to all matters that occur in the work place.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires someone who is mobile and has the ability to move in and around remote location vendor stores for long periods of time, including walking on uneven surfaces. A good portion of the job is standing and walking. Must have the ability to travel to and between store locations. Moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs.) is required occasionally. Clear vision (close, distance, peripheral and depth perception) is needed for office & store environment. Must also be able to communicate verbally, observe with own eyes and give and receive information through listening and conversing. This position requires the ability to write/complete survey forms and to utilize basic office equipment.
