Onsite delivery lead for BCBSLA AMS engagement and serve as a single point of contact for addressing all the Finance application related queries and issues.Subject matter expert for PeopleSoft finance modules.Ensure that Finance Month-End activities are completed within a stipulated time and clear any roadblocks or gaps.Responsible for collaborating with business users, Client IT architects, offshore developers to determine the scope and timeline of the project.Responsible for keeping multiple projects on track and ensuring they are completed on time and according to specifications.Requirement gathering and fit gap analysis.Handle support tickets of varying nature with different criticality level in PeopleSoft Finance Application.Perform Root Cause Analysis on recurring issues and providing possible solutions to avoid future occurrence.Modifyi the setups as per the client requirement.Posting Date:Department:Oracle Functional - 1002950021
