Case Managers needed for an agency located in Atlanta, GA! Our client is a premier distributor of life, annuity, long-term care, and securities-based insurance products serving financial professionals nationwide. HOURS: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST DURATION: Direct Hire WORKPLACE: In office PAY: $50,000 to $75,000 base salary + Bonus! (To qualify for $70k + you must have over 3 years of recent life insurance case manager experience.) BENEFITS: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with employer match, and paid time off Key Responsibilities Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements Process all insurance cases within Salesforce Provide professional correspondence via email and phone Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances Work closely with their team to meet common goals and assist when able. Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites Qualifications 2+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience is preferred Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr SDI Staffing
