Arroyo Vista Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian who is excited to grow within a collaborative, AAHA-accredited practice known for excellent medicine, long-tenured staff, and a supportive culture. About the Hospital * AAHA accredited small animal practice (dogs & cats) * Modern, well-equipped facility * In-house IDEXX laboratory * Digital radiography (including dental) * Ultrasound * Fully equipped surgical suite * Therapeutic laser therapy * Mobile specialists (orthopedic surgery and CT) * On-site grooming Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 - $300,000 depending on experience * Production-based bonuses * Signing bonus up to $25,000 * 401(k) with employer match * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and dedicated CE time * Continuing education allowance * Paid malpractice coverage * License and professional membership reimbursement The Role You will have the autonomy to practice comprehensive medicine while being supported by a highly skilled team. Responsibilities include managing patient care from diagnosis through treatment, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to hospital protocols and best practices. Strong mentorship is available, and both new graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply.
