BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will be responsible for analyzing our business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather and analyze data, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and analysis to identify business trends, opportunities, and challenges Collect and analyze data from various sources to develop insights and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to track key performance indicators and measure progress towards business goals Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Participate in the development and implementation of new business initiativesContinuously review and improve business processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataProficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus Why Work for SIKKY Manufacturing?
