Company Description RedZone Shipping is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. As we grow, supervisory roles will be available. Amazon-branded vehicle provided! Non-CDL delivery driver! Approximate hours are 10:45am to 9:00 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Looking for Drivers that can work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Compensation & Benefits $22.75 to $23 Per Hour Guarantee Base Rate With Bonuses Up to $26 per hour - Ask Interviewer on details Permanent Safety & Quality Bonus Additional Weekly Safety Bonus WEEKLY Payroll 401(k) - Matching Paid Training Paid Overtime Health Insurance and Benefits Tuition Reimbursement 401k Accident Insurance Dental Vision Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Paid time off Referral program - "Refer a Friend" - Bonus $250 (Once referral does 45 days of Delivery) Paid Time Off Maternity and Parental Leave MONTHLY EMPLOYEE party with Performance giveaways Other Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes. Equipment Provided: Delivery Vehicle & Gas (Or Electric) Handheld technology Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment Qualifications Basic Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license Authorized to work in the United States Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Additional Information
