This is a hands-on, customer-facing retail role that requires confidence, strong communication skills, and comfort engaging in consultative sales conversations.Associates guide customers with discretion and professionalism, educate thoughtfully, and work toward sales goals while maintaining store standards. This is not a passive retail role. Success comes from presence, consistency, and follow-through.Key Responsibilities Provide elevated, consultative customer service through education and product guidanceCreate a welcoming, discreet, and professional environment for all guestsMaintain strong knowledge of products and confidently explain features and benefitsAccurately process transactions using point-of-sale systemsAssist with inventory, receiving shipments, and restocking merchandiseMaintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standardsFollow all store procedures related to safety, cash handling, and operationsWork collaboratively with team members and leadership to support store goalsWhat We're Looking For Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience requiredStrong communication skills with a calm, approachable presenceProfessional, dependable, and punctualComfortable engaging in consultative conversations with customersDetail-oriented and able to follow procedures accuratelyComfortable working in an intimacy and wellness retail environment with discretionAvailability to work evenings and weekendsThis role is best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and enjoys being part of a high-standard retail environment.Hiring ProcessApplicants will complete a Culture Index survey and a short, self-guided Wedge video introduction as part of the hiring process.
