Clinical Charge Nurse Endo: Lead RN, Day Shift

Tampa General Hospital

Tampa General Hospital in Crystal River is seeking a Clinical Charge Nurse for the Endoscopy unit. You will supervise RNs and support staff, plan daily work, and manage scheduling to ensure efficient, high‑quality patient care.

You will delegate tasks based on competency and patient needs while maintaining safety and operational readiness. The role requires an RN license, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and at least 2 years of RN experience plus BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications.
