Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• At least one year of relevant experience working with children or youth in an educational or related environment
• Experience supporting students in life skills, autism spectrum programs, or behavioral support preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and patience in dynamic classroom settings
• A true desire to support a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist instructional staff in implementing lesson plans and learning activities
• Deliver one-on-one or small group support to students with varying abilities
• Encourage positive behaviors and social skills
• Help maintain a structured, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, specialists, and other staff members
