Jennifer Goodale DDS - Dental Office Manager Are you a leadership-minded administrative professional looking for your next career move? Jennifer Goodale DDS is hiring a Dental Office Manager to lead our front-office operations. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with "management potential" who can keep our practice running smoothly while providing a world-class experience for our patients. Pay $28~$35 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Dentrix Eaglesoft Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years) Open Dental Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office setting. Proven leadership abilities or strong management potential. Proficiency with dental practice management software. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Oversee all daily administrative operations, including check-in/check-out and patient flow. Manage complex scheduling to maximize provider productivity. Handle dental billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable. Lead and mentor the administrative team to ensure office goals are met. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all patients and staff. Benefits 401(k) retirement plan. Paid Time Off (PTO). Competitive pay Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Full-Time: 5 days per week.
