Position Highlights

Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.

Summary

Position will assist in Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology

Responsible for providing direct and indirect physical, psychosocial and spiritual care for patients with cancer and other related disease processes

Requirements

Active IA RN or LPN licence or Certified Medical Assistant

Based on licensure, oncology Certification (OCN) is preferred but not mandatory. Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certification required prior to completion of orientation/chemo administration.

Schedule

PRN

M-F; 7:30a-5p

The schedule may fluctuate based upon needs of the department
