Janitor

Our client, a leading organization in the service industry, is seeking a dedicated Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: Boone, IA

Pay Range: $15 hour

Shift: 7:00 AM-4PM

What's the Job?

• Sweep and vacuum hard surface floors across various areas including entrances, hallways, and offices
• Vacuum walk-off mats to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Mop hard surface floors in lobby, restrooms, kitchen, and other designated areas
• Empty waste bins regularly to maintain hygiene standards
• Shut off all lights when finished and keep closets organized and tidy

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines
