Field Manager - Window & Door Installation O'Donnell Impact Windows & Storm Protection is a locally owned company based in Stuart, specializing in high-quality impact windows, doors, and accordion shutters. We are committed to a family-oriented culture, exceptional customer service, and providing reliable hurricane protection solutions with a focus on safety and integrity. We currently serve residential customers in Martin, St Lucie, and Indian River counties. We are seeking a Field Manager to oversee installation projects and lead installation crews to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a key role in team leadership, quality control, and employee development. Starting Range: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of project management or window installation experience Experience leading in-house teams in construction or similar field Strong knowledge of impact window and door installation Ability to accurately measure windows, doors, and openings for proper fit Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must pass background screening Key Responsibilities Project & Customer Management Oversee daily installation operations to ensure projects are completed on time Serve as the main customer contact, ensuring a positive customer experience Coordinate job readiness, making sure crews have required materials and tools Conduct job site visits to monitor quality, safety, and cleanliness Complete required documentation, final walkthroughs, and collect final payments Lead, train, and support installers and helpers Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable Monitor performance, attendance, and professionalism Provide coaching, feedback, and support employee development Partner with HR on performance and employee relations matters Safety & Compliance Lead regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards Promote a proactive safety culture and safe work environment Monitor heat safety and new hire acclimation Investigate and document incidents and implement corrective actions Project Oversight & Operations Accurately measure windows, doors, and openings for proper fit Ensure accuracy of documentation and job completion records Maintain organization of trucks, tools, and job materials Collaborate with leadership and support company initiatives Physical Requirements Ability to drive company vehicle between job sites and perform field work Lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active job sites Climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in outdoor conditions The above statements are designed to outline the functions and position requirements of this job.
