One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco is seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Technician / Comfort Advisor who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills.

This is not a traditional HVAC technician role. We are looking for professionals who can diagnose systems, educate homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and help customers make informed decisions.

Compensation Options

Option 1 - Draw + Commission

• $400/week Draw
• Sell & Serve: 15%
• Equipment Sales: 5%
• Service-Only Sales: 10%

Option 2 - Commission Only

• Sell & Serve: 20%
• Equipment Sales: 10%
• Service-Only Sales: 10%

Compensation structure will be finalized during the interview process based on experience and performance history.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options
• Educate homeowners and build customer trust
• Present financing options when appropriate
• Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities
• Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle
• Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background screening
• EPA Certification preferred
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred

Career Growth

Sales Track:
HVAC Sales Technician → Sales Supervisor → Sales Manager → Senior Sales Manager

Service Track:
HVAC Sales Technician → Field Supervisor → Service Manager → Operations Leadership
