- Equipment Sales: 5%
- Service-Only Sales: 10%
- Sell & Serve: 20%

- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options
- Educate homeowners and build customer trust
- Present financing options when appropriate
- Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities
- Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records
- Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle
- Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background screening
- EPA Certification preferred
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred
