Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range: $50-65 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on bonuses: Up to $10,000 for full‑time positions and $5,000 for part‑time positions. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care under the general supervision of a dentist, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities to offer same‑day care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs, and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting and documentation. Take x‑rays and enter images into patient charts when necessary. Create memorable patient experiences by demonstrating compassion for patients and parents. Love working with children, who make up 70% or more of the patient base. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire.
