Lawn Maintenance Crew Member – Join Our Team at Landscaping by J. Michael
Landscaping by J. Michael is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping properties looking their best, and want to grow your skills in the green industry, we’d love to meet you.
With over 40 years as a trusted leader in Massachusetts, we provide high-quality landscaping services to both commercial and residential clients across the South Shore. Our reputation is built on consistency, teamwork, and delivering excellent results on every property we maintain.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping keep our clients’ properties clean, healthy, and well-maintained.
- Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts
- Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance
- Assist in accurately recording completed work using a tablet or digital system
- Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
We’re looking for dependable team players who are ready to work outdoors and grow with us.
- At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work
- Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction
