AI Software Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We want someone with hands-on software development experience across most of these areas: JavaScript or TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue, and backend development with Node.js and/or Python.
• We value experience building and integrating REST APIs, using Git and GitHub, handling system integrations and data processing, and working with Docker and containerized setups.
• You should be comfortable configuring local development environments, working in Linux from the command line, and supporting basic cloud deployments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability is important.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar platforms is a significant advantage.
• You should understand modern UI/UX principles and be able to use AI tools to help create clean, thoughtful user experiences.
• Bonus experience includes Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Linux administration, MySQL or PostgreSQL, CI/CD, AWS, Figma, AI workflow automation, MCP servers, LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, and RAG, vector databases, or AI agents.
• We require recent experience building apps with JavaScript or TypeScript and React or Next.js, backend architecture experience, and hands-on use of Cursor or Claude.
• We also require that you can commute to our office in The Colony, Texas, and that you live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

• We work in Linux and use command-line tools regularly.
• We collaborate directly with leadership on product strategy, architecture, and execution.
• We take part in UI/UX discussions and help improve the customer experience.
• We continually assess new AI tools and development workflows.
