Personal Lines Account Manager Location: Swampscott, MA Compensation: $60K - $80k DOE A growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its collaborative and customer-focused team in Swampscott, MA. Role The Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a high‑volume personal lines book of business while delivering exceptional customer service and support to policyholders. This position is ideal for an organized, service‑oriented insurance professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced and team‑focused environment. Responsibilities Manage a personal lines book of business consisting of approximately 1,000–1,200 clients Provide exceptional service and support to policyholders Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations Respond to client questions regarding coverage, billing, and claims support Review policies and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention efforts Collaborate with internal team members to support agency growth initiatives Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License required Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Team-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively Preferred Background Insurance agency experience preferred Experience managing personal lines accounts within an independent agency environment Familiarity with AMS360 and carrier management platforms Self‑motivated and proactive approach to client service Experience handling a large book of personal lines business efficiently Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 Possible bonus opportunities Healthcare and 401k Generous PTO If you are looking for a long‑term opportunity with a growing independent agency that values teamwork, customer service, and professional growth, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Summit Bridge Partners
