Software Developer

Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Software Developer based in Lexington, KY. The Software Developer is responsible for the implementation and design of the user interfaces of web-based and desktop applications, along with backend services and databases. This will include the creation of unit and integration tests to meet our coverage objectives. Salary HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $80,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Responsibilities Full-stack development of new products and features Ongoing full-stack maintenance and enhancement of existing applications Active participation in daily stand-up meetings Engagement in weekly team alignment and planning sessions Collaboration with team leads and product managers to plan, prioritize, and assign work items Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent in education/experience 3+ years of experience in software development and application design Solid understanding of multi-tier (n-tier) architecture and application structure Hands-on experience with Visual Studio 2022 and Microsoft technologies, including C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET MVC Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and XML Experience developing desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) Ability to travel at least 15% (domestic/international) Preferred Qualifications Experience developing cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI Familiarity with Telerik UI Component Suite for building rich user interfaces Working knowledge of modern web frameworks, including Blazor, Razor, or Angular Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated deployments Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for build, release, and pipeline management Benefits Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
