Description At Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa, our success starts behind the scenes. As a Purchasing Clerk , you will play a key role in supporting resort operations by ensuring products, supplies, and guest packages are received, processed, and distributed accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips.
- Distribute goods and supplies to the appropriate departments throughout the resort.
- Submit, track, and monitor purchase orders through the purchasing lifecycle.
- Process, reconcile, scan, and route invoices for timely payment.
- Coordinate with vendors, Finance, department leaders, and the Purchasing Director to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
- Receive, distribute, and ship guest and in-house packages with a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate loading dock activities and vendor deliveries.
- Support inventory management best practices and participate in inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid license with a clean driving record
