Your Role

* Identify prospective healthcare professionals using our exclusive platform and your personal network

* Reach out to potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for detailed screening

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey

* Ensure accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires sourced from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based role that allows for unbounded earning potential and success. You'll be rewarded based on the tangible impact you create:
