General Manager – Dental & Vision Insurance Options McDonald's is looking for a general manager to oversee the Dental and Vision Insurance Options for our staff. Responsibilities Identify and estimate qualities of food, beverages, and supplies to be ordered, schedule staff work and activities. Evaluate health and safety practices against standards and make decisions and solve problems concerning menus and staff. Monitor food preparation and cleaning methods, inspect equipment and food deliveries, oversee purchases, menus, staff, and payroll, and set goals for hourly staff. Perform administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting, communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers, and maintain daily contact with the General Manager. Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality and share it with the team. Salary Our salary ranges between $45,000 and $60,000 starting based on experience.
