Behavior Specialist

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, and provide direct support using evidence-based strategies. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote positive behavior and academic success, track progress with data, and contribute to IEPs.
