CPC Certified Revenue Cycle Director

To support rapid growth in revenue cycle operations, the remote CPC Certified Revenue Cycle Director will manage billing team leaders, oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes, and direct contracting and credentialing efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor billing team managers, establishing performance metrics and team engagement strategies Own and optimize revenue cycle management operations, including claims management and appeals processes Direct the full payor onboarding lifecycle and train managers on compliance best practices Required qualifications CPC and/or CPB certification required Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership Expertise in telemedicine billing and coding for substance use disorders Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Proven experience in managing and mentoring lower-level managers or team leads
