Job Description

The Retail Sales Specialist plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales within the store. This position requires strong product knowledge and the ability to build positive relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
Maintain thorough knowledge of all product features and benefits
Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
Replenish stock promptly and accurately
Create and manage attractive visual product displays

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in retail sales
