Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part‑time) Toledo, OH 43615 As a Field Merchandiser you'll work independently to showcase organizational and time‑management skills, build retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark in local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. You will support seasonal resets and installations and may also work with other product lines in the stores you service. Salary and Schedule Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training. Part‑time employees are offered voluntary benefits including medical, dental, vision, and other coverage. This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule. Average weekly hours: 6–11 hours. Availability required before and after major holidays, which may include weekends. Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support. Responsibilities Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department, and use technology to communicate with supervisors and complete required activities. Provide professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers. Support holiday demand by working additional days and extended hours during key holiday periods. Assist with department resets, such as installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections, with advance notice. Support other team members as needed across territories. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Competence in operating a digital handheld device and interpreting documents. Access to Wi‑Fi and internet. Reliable transportation for traveling to assigned stores.
